Our Program

Helping Small Business Owners Reach Their Goals

The purpose of Boost Ventures is to help small business owners from historically disadvantaged backgrounds gain access to coaching, connections, and other resources that can help them reach their personal and career goals.

Our process starts with an assessment of the business to ensure that there is a product that can lead to success. If there is a viable product, we will assess the commitment to the values of Boost Ventures. After an agreement to work together, we will meet weekly for a year in an effort to establish and meet clear goals.

Our Values

  • Responsibility

We are responsible for the commitments we make.

  • Coachability

We are open to new pathways to unlock our potential.

  • Direct Communication

We tell the truth and will not shy away from discussing differences.

  • Acceptance

We will acknowledge our mistakes and move forward.

  • Belief

We believe in our abilities to solve problems and be successful.
